Product Researcher
atZillion-Tech (Thailand) Ltd.- Know the customer: Partner with the cross-functional teams to research user behaviour and generate insights
- Conduct qualitative studies, including field observations and interviews, remote and in-person usability studies for existing and upcoming products
- Know the fashion e-commerce industry: Partner with the Marketing team to identify current fashion trends and local business trends
- Experience in conducting research for Tech/Product based companies
- Good Communication skills in Thai and English
- Ability to collaborate across teams and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic analytics skills
- Open to travel and participate in local and international projects
