JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Designer

• The Digital Designer is a key player in our design team.
• The role requires comfortably using computer software and applications to create digital designs. It may also need to have front-end development skills to convert data into graphic interface, such as through HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• The focus is to deliver on-brand creative solutions on different platforms by creating, managing, and producing digital design solutions for a variety of uses.

Required

• Possess intimate knowledge on core Adobe creative suites or HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Basic knowledge and understanding of UX/UI design
• Metrics
• Upholding brand guidelines and possessing a strong knowledge of design standards
• Having a good eye for design and aesthetics
• Demonstrates understanding of conceptual methodologies
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex design-oriented problems
• Willingness to quickly learn and grow skills on the job
• Proven ability to deliver creative elements for projects on brief, on time, and on a budget
• Understands a range of print and online processes
• Open to discovering, and solving design problems. Not shying away from hands-on, learning experiences
• Ability to adapt and understand design flexibility and ambiguity
• Works well as an individual and part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Proven communication skills with a good command of English language, able to express thoughts and ideas both verbally and visually
