Key Responsibilities

1.Ownership of the Owner Portal program & Recall Communications on all digital platforms for all markets

o    Holistic approach and seamless integration of Owner Portals across all platforms (web, mobile, mobile app, and digital communications) and all stages of vehicle ownership

o    Leadership in daily operations and responsibility for all deliverables, including content creation, content localization, asset production, deployment, testing, and optimization according to deployment timeline and allocated budget

2.Create ongoing growth and sustainable business value

o    Full understanding of goals and objectives of the program, as well as ability to communicate this to all relevant parties and translate this into relevant activities and recommendations

o    Ensure the program drives business results aligned with set KPIs

o    Help regional clients develop roadmaps for the program and define visions for future developments

o    Develop clear communication and operational processes with all parties at regional and local levels

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ related working experience in Personalized Marketing, CRM tools and web/mobile e-commerce or digital after sales tools, implementation, analytics and reporting
• Experience in Digital Product Ownership or Digital Project Management for global brands
• Experience leading digital production teams and coordinating cross functional teams
• Experience in UX and Customer Journey Mapping (Web, Mobile, App)
• Experience with Adobe Omniture Reporting (Dashboard, Reporting) & Tagging is strongly preferred
• Experience in content creation and launches of Retention & Service Campaigns (i.e. Warranty, Safety, Recall) is strongly preferred
• Great presentation and communications skills required to present business & strategy planning, product roadmap, launches, optimization activities to both internal and external clients
• Technological acumen, including basic knowledge of HTML. JavaScript and a comfort-level with the application of data, strongly preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory
• Passion for the auto industry is a strong plus
