Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Art manager, Snr. Graphic designer and art team to understand Wild Sky Media’s brand guidelines and art needs

• Produce strong concepts and illustrations that are engaging, unique, and reflect the brand aesthetic. Work needs to be eye-catching and help grow our audience.

• Develop a wide range of images ranging from paintings to mixed-media collages to animations to typography-based images

• Creating content for conversion (advertising, marketing, user acquisition) 

• Conduct research for new ideas and concepts that reflect the brand’s editorial strategy

• Mentor & guide creative brief to junior, ability to persuasively communicate art concepts and justify design decisions

• Planning and tracking tasks, be able to assign tasks to artists

• Support the Sales department by working with designer to create visuals with clear, organized, and dynamic compositions for brands and agencies
• Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward 

Skills and Experience:

• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills

• 2-6 years of related experience

• Must submit a portfolio that displays versatile skills: illustration, painting, composition, photo editing, typography

• Resourceful, quick, and able to collaborate at all levels

• Must have excellent time-management and communication skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)

• Animation and video editing experience is a plus

• Good understanding of anatomy is a plus

• Open-minded, friendly, and positive attitude; must be comfortable working on content for a broad range of modern lifestyle topics

• Revise illustrations and style based on feedback from Art manager

• Communicate with global Creative Team and iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders
