Our mission is to break out unexpected entrepreneurs all over the world. We help people and organisations discover unprecedented potential within themselves to trailblaze incredible ventures, opportunities & pathways towards new futures.

A Wildcat wants to bring BIG social impact in society by taking BIG Actions in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Community-Building. We developed an Open Innovation platform to find paradigm-changing solutions for real challenges in each of our markets, and have brought out the potential in the thousands of challenge participants thus far to “dream big, start small, act now”.

Structure of the WILD Leadership Fellowship

The WILD Leadership Fellowship is a 6 or 12 months program. You will work with a talented and driven team based locally, and across Southeast Asia, to grow a community of university students eager to bring impact through responsible and impactful businesses. This Fellowship gives you the exposure and opportunities to define, create, and drive projects that YOU are passionate about, and the sense of accomplishment that you will not find in a typical corporate job.

The Wildcats team is global; we sit across multiple time zones and geographical locations. Joining us means that you too can be working out of different countries, as long as you are available for at least 4 working hours a day between 830am to 6pm in the GMT +7 time zone.

The Leadership Fellow’s Responsibilities are:

• Independently design and lead projects in an area of your interest which aligns to the overarching mission of Wildcats

• Empower and unleash entrepreneurs across universities and special interest communities

• Create regular, engaging content to attract attention and discussion from community members

• Organise events and activities that brings meaning and purpose to the Wildcats community, and influence mindset change 

• Design social media and digital marketing initiatives with the Marketing team to drum up wide interest in our communities

• Support other Wildcats in any mission-focused initiatives and events, both onsite and online

Traits of a WILD Leadership Fellow

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

• Looking for an opportunity to bring huge social and business impact via community building, open innovation, idea development, venture building

• Very self-motivated, driven, people-person, and wants to contribute positively to society

• Embody the Wildcats values of Bold, Grit, Play, and Imagine

• Bonus: Has experience in Online community management and moderation, running university engagements and clubs, online events management
