We want YOU to be our Employee Experience Associate to recruit and inspire our Wildcats team, and establish the best practices and engagements that define the awesome culture that we have. You will report to the Global Head of Innovation.

The Employee Experience Associate’s Responsibilities are:

• Scale and grow Wildcats’ team across Southeast Asia, with priority in Thailand and Vietnam

• Manage full recruitment life cycle from initial requirements gathering, sourcing, attraction, assessment, arranging interviews, offer handling, to onboarding

• Proactive sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels (job portals, networking events, referrals etc

• Establish programs and procedures that aligns every Wildcat to the same mission, values, and culture of the company

• Work closely with the Leadership team to hire, train, and retain amazing people aligned with Wildcat’s culture

• Occasionally support ad-hoc cross-team human resource related tasks

Traits of The Employee Experience Associate 

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or other related disciplines

• Fluency in English and Thai, with Vietnamese a bonus

• Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and energetic

• Embody the Wildcats values of Bold, Grit, Play, and Imagine

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Looking for an opportunity to bring huge social and business impact via open innovation, idea development, venture building, community building

• Bonus: Has experience in recruitment or human resource management
