What you will do?

• Provide clear and timely legal advice for management and teams on various legal topics

• Analyze and address potential legal risks in business operations

• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

• Oversee the preparation, review, and management of all IPO-related legal documents

• Coordinate with external legal advisors for Legal Due Diligence Reports and provide guidance during the IPO process

• Work with the Company Secretary on documentation for executive, Board, and shareholders meetings, including SEC reporting

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the companys interests

• Maintain a centralized record of legal documents and ensure timely updates or renewals

• Oversee corporate matters such as Board meetings, company structure updates, and labor issues

What you will need?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal management or a similar role

• Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and handling legal aspects of IPOs

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law or equivalent

• Strong understanding of corporate, labor, and commercial laws

• Comprehensive knowledge of IPO-related compliance

• Proficiency in English is required

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Strong ethical judgment and integrity

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving
