Responsibility

• Develop and execute successful marketing strategies ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across different channels and segments to meet customer’s needs and maximize profits.

• Regularly conduct research and analyze marketing trends, customer insights, marketing analysis and relevant information to refine and develop future marketing communication plans.

• Constantly measure and report on marketing performance to the executive team.

• Hire, lead, inspire and develop a team of marketing associates by setting clear objectives, leveraging support and giving constructive feedbacks to enhance team and business performance.

• Create, manage and maintain excellent presence both online and offline across various channels such as website and social media platforms.

• Coordinate marketing plans and strategies with cross-functional teams to deliver business-wide objectives.

• Manage design and production of promotional materials.

• Prepare and monitor marketing budget regularly to allocate funds wisely.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

• Master’s degree is a plus.

• 5+ years’ experience with proven experiences and track records developing marketing strategies and managing marketing team.

• Experience in managing, leading and developing a marketing team.

• Strong management, decision-making, leadership and organizational skills.

• Highly analytical with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and associated tools.

• Excellent communicator and negotiator.

• Proficiency with online and offline marketing strategy.
