Job Scope

  • Manage/supervise and coach a team of Patient/Sales Representatives and be accountable for their performance.
  • Work closely with the Management team (including the Medical Director and General Manager) in setting sales strategies and targets and ensuring they are achieved.
  • Work with the Marketing team in finding new sales opportunities both in new and existing markets through social media ads and campaigns and any other initiatives.
  • Boost sales by identifying new sales channels, and securing/signing up new referral partners and/or agents as well as building long term relationships with them.
  • Ensure patient enquiries are processed effectively through to patient registration and that all relevant CRM data is captured accurately along the journey.
  • Be able to present accurate and in-depth details and comprehensive understanding of treatments, protocols, personalised pricing plans, pre-admission logistics (e.g., visa, insurance, transport, hotel, ect), and other relevant information to prospective patients, partners, agents, and etc.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders including the Management Team, the Marketing team, and the Customer Service team for all issues concerning patients and prospects.
  • Manage patient expectation and ensure there is no overselling/overpromising.
  • Collect feedback from patients on their experience and relay it to the Management Team and propose corrective action in order to improve service levels.
  • Report against progress to the Management Team on a regular and consistent basis.
  • Report problems to the Management Team as and when they happen.
