Responsibilities:

• Technical Production NPD & Commercialization

• provide technical consultancy to ensure product and packaging integrity while identifying the optimal Processing Technology that aligns with both product specs and business goals.

• Lead the planning and execution of production trials (Trial Runs) and validations; optimize machine parameters and troubleshooting during the scale-up phase to ensure a seamless transition to mass production.

• Manufacturing & OEM Technical Management

• Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing technologies, alternative materials, and machinery; conduct technical audits of OEM partners to ensure their facility capabilities meet the company's quality and volume requirements.

• Oversee production activities at manufacturing sites to ensure output targets are met on time and in strict compliance with food safety standards and regulations (e.g., FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP).

• Process Optimization & Cost Management

• Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and waste minimization through technical innovation and process optimization without compromising quality.

• Perform post-launch monitoring to evaluate production efficiency and product quality; resolve technical issues related to materials or machinery to drive long-term product excellence.

• Strategic Coordination

• Act as the technical lead in coordinating with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and QA teams, as well as external suppliers, to manage project timelines and deliver results in complex or challenging situations.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related scientific field.

• Minimum 5years of experience in Product Development, Technical Commercialization, or Process Engineering within the FMCG industry (Beverage and Snacks preferred).

• Deep understanding of food chemistry and formulation; must be able to communicate effectively with R&D teams and understand technical documentation.

• Proven experience in managing OEM production with a strong grasp of manufacturing technologies (e.g., UHT, Retort, Extrusion, etc.) and their limitations.

• Strong knowledge of food production processes, regulatory standards, and quality compliance (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000).

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong ability to combine scientific knowledge with business acumen to meet cost and quality targets.

• Exceptional ability to work under pressure and resolve complex technical issues during production trials.

• Good command of English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
