Job Duties:

• Support from the IT-side for UP's aggressive business expansion plan in the region.
• Providing IT support and troubleshooting directly to our fast growing community of UP’s members.
• Define and implement overall system architecture and standards across all UP’s locations in the region.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging cutting-edge technology to constantly improve our member experience.
• Project manage IT-related efforts during all UP’s location pre-opening period.
• Manage all system integration efforts across UP's internal and vendor systems.
• Follow and refine IT-related standard procedures (SOPs) and documentation standards across all UP’s locations.
• Rollout the IT standard of UP to the region.
• Onsite and/or remote support to local UP’s locations.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in IT or related subject from an accredited university
• At least 3 years of work experience in IT infrastructure and network management
• Broad knowledge of Security System/ CCTV/ AV System/ Print System
• Broad knowledge of Cloud service structure
• Broad knowledge of current technology landscape
• Rigorous in time-management and driving follow-ups to ensure successful project completion
• Curious mindset and a quick learner
• Hospitality and service mentality; along with our Community Managers you will be on the front line of delivering UP’s Service experience to our customers and therefore you must be a living embodiment of our brand values
• Bilingual (English & Thai) and good overall communicator.
