Product Training Support Manager (Unilever Network - MLM Business)

Job position

The key supporting role in the Unilever Network Academy to support the capabilities improvement to align with Unilever Network's strategies and business practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop contents for new products to provide in-depth scientific knowledge, basic knowledge for general consumers, and support selling skills for business members. The products include skincare, health supplements, home care, etc.
  • Develop online and offline media related to product training materials such as powerpoint presentations, vdo clips, online and offline articles, product-related selling tools, etc.
  • Enhance online channels such as facebook, online training, to provide product knowledge.
  • Enhance training roadmaps such as Product Selling Skill Training, Product Workshop and "Train-the-Trainer" Program.
  • Conduct training classes at head office and across the country (on weekends too)
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationship and to support business associates in their events and activities, including answering their queries regarding product usage and problems arisen from products (Assisting for hotline team).
  • Assist company activities such as product-related events, etc.
  • Assist marketing team on new and existing product activation.
  • Handle internal and external customer's enquiries on product related area.

Qualifications

  • Preferably Master degree in pharmacy, or healthcare-related fields such as anti-aging science, Nutrition Or Bachelor degree in the mentioned fields with master degree in business related field.
  • 5 years experience in sales or training
  • Have FMCG experience is preferable
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good command in English of both written and spoken
  • Computer literacy especially Ms. Power Point, words, excels
