Responsibilities

• Support homecare and ice-cream marketing team in the whole purchasing process including
• Gathering the related information and documents from the marketing team to issue Purchasing Order on-time according to the policy
• Getting invoices from suppliers to complete the invoicing process
• Recording the Purchasing Order/Invoicing history and updating the status to the team monthly
• Acting as a leader on solving any purchasing/invoicing issues Co-coordinate with the marketing team, procurement team, and suppliers on new supplier registration
• Support homecare and ice-cream marketing team in any operational jobs upon requirement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Accounting or any relate fields.
• 0-2 year experience in administration job or purchasing job.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power point.
• Experiencing in Ariba, SAP, Coupa.
• Good command of English.
• New fresh graduate are welcome.
