U Drink I Drive is looking for Junior Accounting Officer and Senior Office to join our rapidly growing team. You have experience/knowledge in accounting functions such as AR, AP, taxation, inventory management. You are well-organized, self-motivated and possess great attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: Junior 15k++ Senior 30k++

Working hours: 6 day work week 9:00-17:00

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and perform month-end closing
• Manage cash balance and reconcile transactions on a monthly basis
• Prepare withholding tax, tax invoice and all relevant document to the Revenue Department
• Ensure that the end-to-end process of inventory transactions are accurate including tax concerned.
• Ensuring Accounts Payable and Receivable are in check by issuing sales invoices, billing, receipt and checks
• Filing concerned documents and facilitate day-to-day accounting operations
• Ad-hoc assignments

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
• 2 years accounting experience for Junior
• • years accounting experience for Senior

• Senior Accounting Officer age from 30-40yrs
• Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel etc
• Good numerical skill
• Knowledge in Payroll is preferred
