Event Sales Executive
atTriumph Eminent Hub Sdn. BhdThe TEH Group is looking for a talented Event Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference in our company’s success according to trends and client requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Your duties and responsibilities are as follows: -
· Be relentless to research, reach out to, and speak to the right decision-makers in a business.
· Contact (by telephone, email, social media, and direct mail) appropriate executives to ensure they are aware of events, selling the benefits of attending, and securing registrations.
· Researching and understanding the industry sectors you are covering
· Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit event KPIs.
· Working in a driven and successful events team to achieve group targets.
· Follow through all delegates registrations to ensure attendance
· Customer focused and knows how to build and maintain relationships
· To coordinate projects to ensure every aspect is executed successfully
Job Requirements:
· As this is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable to make outbound calls via digital communication tools, and be on the phone over extended periods of time.
· Able to speak on the phone with confidence
· Working in a high-pressure environment
· Good command of spoken English and the ability to speak other languages would be an added advantage.
· Previous telesales experience is not necessary but is an added plus point.
· Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
