In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Evaluate production and determine follow up action.
  • Prepare reports as necessary.
  • Initiate, Execute, Assist in the planning and support of projects and processes.
  • Collaborate with team to standardize, operationalize, and develop both manual and automated workflows.
  • Assist Team to analysis and create report to track performance and productivity against overall team’s KPIs.
  • Create documents and trainings with team or stakeholders (if necessary).

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Min. 2 years experience in data analysis and system support roles, experience as a Marketing/ Data Analyst or Business Intelligence with a strong exposure to marketing channels
  • Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
  • Good communication skill in English, Thai and Mandarin.
  • Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise. Giving the insight and suggestion with data statistics support.
  • Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
  • Good at Excel and PowerPoint. Experiences skill of SQL is a plus.
