Property Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive the end-to-end acquisition process: present Trip.com Group ’s value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and secure contract closures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties onto the platform.
Guarantee high-quality content, competitive pricing, and reliable system connectivity throughout the listing process.
Account Management
-Manage and grow Trip.com’s business within assigned markets.Provide strategic consultation to partners on both short- and long-term revenue growth through rate parity, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
Strengthen relationships with partners to position Trip.com as their preferred OTA platform.
Analyze data, markets, and industry trends to identify challenges and opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
-Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account acquisition, or account management (experience in OTAs, hotel revenue management, or e-commerce preferred).Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in international markets.
Strong written and spoken English and Thai skills.
Excellent logical thinking and data analysis abilities.
Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative team player.
Flexible with business travel and varied work assignments.
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-changing business environment.
