Day Tour Operation Manager, Thailand

Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end operations for day tours and local experiences in Thailand, including supplier management, product design and launch, price and inventory control, quality improvement, and process optimization;
- Proactively identify opportunities and issues in the market, develop optimization strategies, and drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g., promotion launches, system upgrades, supplier onboarding, and process innovation), working closely with product, tech, legal, and customer service teams to ensure timely and successful execution;
- Maintain strong and productive relationships with local suppliers to ensure product quality and customer experience, including on-site support and development of standardized SOPs when needed;
- Monitor market trends, user behaviors, and competitor actions; regularly generate analytical reports and strategic insights to support business decisions;
- Plan and execute day tour product strategies by aligning with platform resources, promotional campaigns, and traffic planning to drive revenue growth;
- Complete special assignments and innovation projects assigned by leadership, including initiating and delivering new projects from scratch.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred due to cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in China
- Proficiency in English for daily business use; both verbal and written; capable of seamless communication with local partners;
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in tourism, business, operations, or related fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry , with hands-on experience in day tours, local experiences, or OTA operations preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects with a strong results-driven mindset and structured thinking;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills and business sensitivity;
- Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
- Prior experience in on-site supplier management or process design is a strong plus.
