Admin Supervisor,Thailand

Monitor office stationery, office supplies, equipment, and service contracts to ensure operational continuity.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
Coordinate maintenance, service schedules, and vendor performance reviews.
Provide backup support for reception/front desk operations to ensure smooth visitor management and office coverage.
Review and optimize administrative processes and SOP to improve efficiency and service quality.
Manage office expenses and admin expenses reimbursement while keeping accurate records.
Support office-related projects such as office setup, expansion, renovation, or internal improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and timely completion.
Assist in planning and executing workplace initiatives, events, or employee experience programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- 4 + years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or administrative operations.
Experience supporting administrative or workplace projects (office setup, relocation, renovation, or operational improvement).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with vendors, building management, and internal departments.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Strong teamwork mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships within the team and with cross-functional team.
Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements to administrative processes and workplace initiatives.
