We are new tech company in Toyota Tsusho Group, our growing business focusing on software development and Software as a Service (SaaS) utilizing advanced technology, cloud computing and big data analytics to support business & operation activities in mobility, logistics, transportation and Smart City. We are looking to hire a Sales & Customer Support Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and organizing our sales & customer support team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Lead in brainstorming and setting sales goal
  • Lead to generate leads, potential customers, target customers, customer base
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation, competitor analysis, product benchmarking
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan,
  • Identify the right market segment with the right value proposition and hit the market by value proposition & suitable use cases.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Review customer satisfaction survey, incoming request and customer compliant and coordinate with other team in order to solve root cause and make improvement.
  • Organize and create documents related selling activities such as quotation, contract, invoice, etc.

Qualifications & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of Sales manager and related experience
  • At least 2 years in sales both software product and project

  • Proven ability to lead sales team to meet challenging target & quotas
  • Proven experience in setting sales goals and sales strategy aligned with the goals
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with solid logical thinking and appropriate critical thinking
  • Strong ability to provide best practice to sales team by training and coaching
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and extremely resourceful
  • Results-oriented with determination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Others

  • Ability to create wireframes and/or visual graphic components
  • Ability to use software tools to create sales kit, mock up, sales activity tracking, sales management & analysis
  • Ability to work in intensive fast forward atmosphere
  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
  • Spoken and written English, Japanese is a plus.
