Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions. We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation. About the role
In this role you will be part of our SEA Regional Sales team servicing some of the largest businesses in the region. You will be a crucial member of a high-performing team that supports the Regional Business in meeting its objectives and provides best-in-class account management and customer service to clients, both internal and external. The successful candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience in leading through influence.
Responsibilities As Key Accounts Partnerships Manager, you will be the Account Lead for the book of business you will manage. This means that you will:
- Own the revenue goal for your book of business and drive strong QoQ and YoY advertising revenue growth
- Lead the creation of robust, holistic account plans and clients' business strategy, market and industry trends in mind
- Leverage industry experience / knowledge to contribute to vertical strategy and translate that into account level actions
- Unlock and build meaningful relationships with C-Level and key senior stakeholders in the client team
- Develop a solid understanding of TikTok's value proposition of full funnel ad solutions in conjunction with the client's business needs
- Build effective collaboration and connections internally with key cross-functional teams to help drive the optimal client support model
- Lead and represent the book of business in various forums including weekly, quarterly and yearly revenue meetings, forecasting, planning internally and externally etc.
- Be able to move back and forth seamlessly from a strategic mindset to operational details
- Be a player-coach for the client partners you will be working with and navigate business challenges together
- Understand the role you will play in the success of the team and effectively delegate tasks to ensure you are focused on the key priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experienced in account management/client services roles in digital sales & marketing
- Experienced in building commercial and growth strategies to drive hyper-growth at a brand, agency, or platform
- Proven track record of managing senior external relationships, deep experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and a good understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics

- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
