About the role The TikTok Shop Graduate Development Program is an experiential learning journey tailored for high-potential talent. Spread over a maximum of eighteen months, the program is designed to fast track the growth of individuals and prepare them to make an impact in the real world within our e-commerce business.
From Day 1, you'll join us as a full-time employee and embark on a journey through multiple job rotations. Each rotation is carefully crafted to provide deep exposure to critical functions of our business. Throughout the program, you'll gain hands-on experience, build networks with important stakeholders, and grow in both technical and strategic abilities.
Upon completion, you'll be well-positioned to drive strategic initiatives or step into a key operations role, contributing to the growth of our ever evolving e-commerce ecosystem. Rotation Opportunities Acquisition and Incubation Join the frontlines of TikTok Shop by helping sellers to launch on TikTok Shop. Guide them through onboarding, training, and early success.
You will help sellers thrive with data-driven advice, practical playbooks, and a community-first approach. Category Creators Collaborate with the creators/KOLs to drive meaningful partnerships with sellers, acting as a strategic matchmaker and helping creators and sellers grow together. Campaign Management
Work closely with category teams to build awareness, excitement, and GMV growth through viral campaigns that energize our community and make Shoppertainment fun! Platform Operations and Business Intelligence Tackle high-priority platform-level challenges by contributing to or, driving key projects. Expect a steep learning curve, wide exposure, and practical execution beyond data analysis.
You will rotate across 3-4 teams over the course of the program across 12 months with rotation length determined by business needs. Your preferences, skill sets and business needs will be considered to ensure the most impactful experience. Minimum Qualifications
