We are looking for young engineers who are enthusiastic and willing to learn to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work with skillful, experienced developers and learn new technologies. Besides, there are many chances for you to evolve into a team leader/project manager.

  • Responds to customer technical problems/issues related to our platform via e-mail/chat, online, social media and phone.
  • Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical service.
  • Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
  • Advises/educates customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
  • May be involved in revenue generation activities with current client customers.
  • Work with HQ IT team
  • Front end skills (html, css, javascript to do landing page or quick editing any front end bug)
  • Photoshop and AI skills (to edit image for marketing materials and also landing page)
  • Prefer to have Facebook ad, Google AdWords, email marketing skills (If not, willingness to learn these skills)
  • Need to be able to communicate in English
  • Be able to read and study English documents.
  • Good sense of teamwork and high responsibility.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Prefer working in a young, dynamic and inspiring environment
