Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- ออกแบบและบังคับใช้นโยบายทางทรัพยากรบุคคล เพื่อสนองนโยบายของบริษัท
- ออกแบบและบังคับใช้ KPI, Incentive structure ภายในบริษัท
- นำเสนอสภาวะแวดล้อมที่ทำให้ทรัพยากรบุคคล สามารถทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ
- สรรหา และรักษาพนักงานภายในองค์กร
- สร้าง และรักษาวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
Optional: ผ่านการอบรม จป. วิชาชีพ
