Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Custody FX & Payment Operations professional to support the execution and settlement of custody FX, payment, and fund transactions. The successful candidate will ensure operational accuracy, maintain strong risk controls, drive process improvements, and deliver outstanding service to institutional clients within a fast-paced securities services environment.

Responsibilities

Execute and settle custody FX, payment, and domestic fund transactions accurately, completely, and within required timelines.

• Process and manage payment instructions including pacs.008, MT103, pacs.009, MT202, RTGS, subscriptions, redemptions, expenses, and local payment transactions.

• Perform transaction validation, reconciliation, and payment completion checks against actual instructions received.

• Maintain and update settlement standing instructions to ensure accurate transaction processing.

• Monitor and manage fund movements, regulatory reporting, and operational controls in accordance with internal policies and market requirements.

• Ensure compliance with operational risk and control standards across pre-processing, transaction execution, and post-processing activities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives while balancing client service, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Custody Operations, Fund Services, Client Services, Risk, and Business teams to deliver best-in-class client support.

• Escalate issues promptly and contribute to the resolution of operational incidents and service challenges.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FX payments, custody payments, securities services operations, fund operations, or a related operational banking environment

• Strong understanding of custody operations, payment processing, settlements, and securities services workflows.

• Familiarity with SWIFT payment messages and market settlement practices, including MT103, MT202, pacs.008, pacs.009, and RTGS transactions.

• Strong risk awareness and attention to detail with the ability to operate effectively in a controlled environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline

• Professional certifications or training related to operational excellence, payments, securities services, or process improvement would be advantageous.
