Assistant Manager, Asset Servicing

Job Summary

Join our Security Services Operations team as an Officer, Asset Servicing, where you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Asset Servicing operations, with a focus on Corporate Actions and Custody activities.

In this role, you will help ensure accurate and timely processing of client entitlements, support market operations, and maintain strong operational controls while working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the financial services ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end Asset Servicing operations, including Corporate Actions and custody-related activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed service standards.

  • Manage client entitlement processing and support the effective execution of custody operations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, regulators, depositories, and market participants to ensure smooth market operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Maintain strong operational controls and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Contribute to a scalable, consistent, and resilient operating platform that supports client needs and business growth.
  • Provide flexible support across Corporate Actions, Custody Management, and wider team activities to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.


Our Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external market participants.

Around 5 years of professional experience, preferably within Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, or the broader financial services industry.

Fluent in both Thai and English.

Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Highly detail-oriented with a strong risk and control mindset, and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely operational outcomes.
