Responsibilities:
- รับและจัดการข้อร้องเรียนที่เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อปรับปรุง แก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพสินค้า และป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ
- ติดตามและสำรวจการใช้งานสินค้า เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์
- สนับสนุนงานขายหรือกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของสินค้า
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพของสินค้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรี / โท สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์, เทคโนโลยีวัสดุและบรรจุภัณฑ์, เทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ป.ตรี G.P.A. > 2.70 / ป. โท G.P.A. 3.30)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเกณฑ์ดี (TOEIC > 550)
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ แต่หากมีประสบการณ์การรับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี และมีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานให้สำเร็จ รักการเรียนรู้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร
- มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์และมี Service mind
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดหรือต่างประเทศตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
