หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Provide technical support to customers regarding product quality, both pre-sales and post-sales. This includes delivering product knowledge and managing complaints from both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve and prevent product-related issues for customers.
- Monitor product quality and performance, including competitors’ products, to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve product quality to better meet customer needs.
- Co-develop and improve products to better suit customer and end-user application
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's degree in Printing, Packaging, Materials, or related fields (Bachelor: GPA >2.70 and Master: GPA >3.30)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in related roles. (Open for fresh graduates)
- Good interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a service-minded attitude.
- Good command of English (TOEIC >550).
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Company car provided)
- Willingness to travel to upcountry or overseas as assigned
- Able to work at SCG Packaging PCL. (Bangsue, Bangkok)
