เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Develop and manage personalize marketing campaigns across channels (both traditional & digital channels)
- Identify initiatives/new ideas/new techniques for improving campaign results according to feedback from channels and its performance
- Design the core engine/business logic for campaigns target/moment of contact and offers according to customer interact journey and their behavior
- Project-based role focusing on strategy, end-to-end management, and execution of campaign initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion
คุณสมบัติ:
- Experienced in marketing field at least 5 years
- Experienced in CRM and target-based marketing campaign with proven result more than 2 years
- With Knowledge and experience in digital marketing/personalized marketing/marketing analytic projects are preferable
- Having logical thinking with analytical skill to identify business values
- Eager to learn new things with high passion to make things happen
- Performance driven, team-player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, logical thinking and creative thinking skills.
- Good in presentation and communication skill
