Job Function: Technical Sales & Services

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client energy consumption patterns using 15-minute interval data to identify Peak Shaving, Load Shifting, and Energy Arbitrage opportunities.
  • Techno-Commercial Proposal Development: Design integrated Solar PV, BESS, and PCM solutions with balanced technical and financial feasibility.
  • Financial Engineering & ROI Modeling: Perform IRR, NPV, LCOE, and Payback analysis to support the Zero OPEX strategy.
  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the main technical contact for C-level executives, translating technical solutions into business value.
  • System Hybridization Strategy: Lead the integration of Electrochemical (BESS) and Thermal (PCM) storage solutions to maximize ROI, particularly for clients in the Cold Chain and Logistics sectors
  • Policy & Market Intelligence: Track ERC regulations, Net Metering policies, and global price trends to advise clients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power), Energy Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's GPAX > 2.70).
  • Good command in English (TOEIC score at least 550).
  • A Professional Engineering License (Associate or Senior level) is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Solar PV, Lithium-ion BESS, and Power Conversion Systems (PCS); understanding of Thermal Energy Storage (PCM) and industrial HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with energy simulation tools such as PVSyst, Helioscope, or HOMER Grid (specifically for BESS sizing and economic optimization).
  • Financial Literacy: Ability to interpret electricity bills (TOU Tariffs, Demand Charges, FT) and translate technical energy savings into Profit & Loss (P&L) impacts.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Proven ability in solution selling and pitching complex, high-value projects to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Project Management to control construction within Timeline
  • Understand about Safety, Work Permit, MEA&PEA License.
