เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Work closely with product manager, quality assurance and developer team
- Create test case, test script to test product and send test result to developer team for supporting the incident
- Provide status report and report issues to update developer team
- Support product manager to deliver product that satisfy business requirement and meet user acceptance criteria
- Research, diagnose and identify solutions to troubleshoot or resolve system issues and incident
- Support product manager to create guidebook and be an consultant for user who has a problem with system usage
- Introduce high-efficiency presentations and demonstrations to user when products are launched
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Experience in software testing function is a plus
- Experience in Agile management and Design thinking process is a plus
- Experience in home improvement or home service business is a big plus
