Responsibilities:
- วิเคราะห์ตลาด กำหนดกลยุทธ์ และจัดทำแผนการตลาดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสทางการขาย ขยายฐานลูกค้า และสร้างความเข้าใจในความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วางแผนและบริหารกิจกรรมทางการตลาด (Event Marketing) เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของแบรนด์ และเพิ่มประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับลูกค้า
- บริหารการสื่อสารการตลาดทั้ง Online และ Offline ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์และแผนงานที่กำหนด
- จัดทำและพัฒนาสื่อส่งเสริมการตลาดในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เช่น สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ คอนเทนต์ และวิดีโอ (เช่น VDO รีวิวการติดตั้ง) ได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และวิจัยแนวทางการใช้สื่อที่เหมาะสมและทันสมัย เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานการตลาด
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในองค์กร (เช่น BU) และภายนอก (เช่น Vendor) เพื่อให้แผนการตลาดดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualification:
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.50 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการตลาดอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการตลาด การจัดทำแผนการตลาด และแผนสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์
- มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ตลาด แนวโน้มตลาด และธุรกิจ Retail
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและประสานงานกับลูกค้า/คู่ค้าได้ดี
- มีความอดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word, PowerPoint และ Excel ได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมตัดต่อวิดีโอ และจัดทำสื่อการตลาดได้
