Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการการขนส่งสินค้าข้ามชายแดน จีน เวียดนาม ลาว ไทย รวมถึงการวางแผนเส้นทาง ระยะเวลาขนส่ง ขั้นตอนการผ่านพิธีการศุลกากร การโหลดสินค้าต้นทางและ สถานะการขนส่งจนถึงปลายทาง
- บริหารจัดการเส้นทางการขนส่ง คนขับรถ ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- คำนวณต้นทุนการขนส่งและ เสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบแก้ไขปัญหาการขนส่ง และข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
- ออกเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ และ การชำระค่าใช้จ่ายให้ผู้รับเหมาขนส่ง
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติสก์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการขนส่ง หรือวางแผนการจัดส่งสินค้า ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- มีทักษะในการใช้ โปรแกรม MS Office
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (TOEIC 400 ขึ้นไป)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนแมนดาริน (HSK 5 หรือเทียบเท่า)
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่ และเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- สามารถเดินทาง Business Trip ต่างจังหวัด ประมาณ 5-15 วัน/ ทุกเดือน
