Responsibilities:
- ต้อนรับ ให้คำแนะนำ ขายสินค้า และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าที่เข้าชมสินค้าในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีและความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้า
- ดูแลและจัดเตรียมพื้นที่ขายให้มีความพร้อมอยู่เสมอ ทั้งด้านความเรียบร้อยและความเหมาะสมต่อการขายและการบริการ
- ประสานงานกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่าย เพื่อให้กระบวนการขายและการบริการดำเนินไปอย่างครบถ้วนและราบรื่น
- บันทึก จัดเก็บ และสรุปข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลการขาย/การให้บริการ รวมถึงความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างเป็นระบบ
- มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนและพัฒนางานของหน่วยงานตนเอง\
Qualification:
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.50 ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1–3 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายหรือบริการจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี มั่นใจ กล้าแสดงออก และรักงานบริการ
- มีทักษะด้านการขายและการบริการ มีความอดทน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันจากลูกค้าได้
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
