เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
- Design and integrate HRD system with other systems. Collaborate with others to design and implement development program and initiatives to meet objectives of the organization and needs of individuals.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Competency Management (Review, Create competency according to business direction and design success profile).
- Identify strength and gap (Assessment / Measurement) of talent, successors, line up.
- Collaborate with others to design and provide learning solutions.
- Initiate new learning and development channels to motivate various learning approaches such as e-learning, LMS.
- Follow up IDP progress.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Political science, Business Administration,Psychology or other related fields.
- GPAX at least 2.70 for Bachelor's Degree and 3.30 for Master's Degree.
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550).
- Having at least 3-5 years experience in Learning and development, HRD,HR and other related fields.
- Possess data analyst, interpersonal, communication, facilitator, and agility skills.
