Job Summary:
- การให้บริการงานเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- งานรังวัดที่ดิน เช่น สอบเขต แบ่งแยก ตรวจสอบแนวเขตที่ดิน
- งานปัองกันสิทธิ์ เช่น เจรจาผู้บุกรุก
- งานติดต่อราชการและประสานงานหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- งานระบบฐานข้อมูลอสังหาริมทรัพย์
Responsibilities:
- ติดต่อประสานงาน เพื่อบริการลูกค้า ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหา เกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับกรมที่ดิน และ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สำนักงานเขต/อำเภอ/อบต./ผังเมือง
- ดูแลและรักษาสิทธิที่ดินและทรัพย์สินที่รับผิดชอบไม่ให้มีความเสียหายหรือถูกการรอนสิทธิ์
- หาช่องทางการนำเทคโนโลยีใหม่และทันสมัยมาใช้ในการปรับปรุงการทำงานสำรวจที่ดินและภาพถ่ายทางอากาศ
Qualifications:
- จบการศึกษาในระดับ ปวส. สาขาช่างสำรวจ
- เกรดเฉลี่ยไม่น้อยกว่า 2.50
- มีความรู้เรื่องแผนที่ การรังวัดที่ดิน ระบบสารสนเทศที่เกี่ยวกับที่ดิน เช่น Autocad, Google Earth
- การเจรจาต่อรอง /มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถปฎิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
