Job Summary
  • Lead the product ownership function across squads to ensure delivery of business-aligned, customer-centric digital solutions.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive a product-led culture by embedding agile, user-focused, and outcome-driven principles into the organization.
  • Ensure product teams are empowered with the right capabilities, tools, and decision-making authority to succeed.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and coach Product Owners across squads on backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure product roadmaps are strategically aligned with enterprise objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to drive product success.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and data analytics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Lead governance for product lifecycle management, from ideation through to scale and iteration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Innovation, Product Innovation, Information Systems / Management Information Systems, or other related fields in business, technology, or design
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Strategy, or Digital Project Management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering digital products or platforms.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a strong advantage.
