EIR is a new exciting role of the Zero to One startup studio by SCG. A startup studio that helps provide funding, mentoring, tech team support and resources required to help early-stage startups turn ideas. The EIR will be responsible for the market validation of selective growth stage startups using the lean startup to validate the product-market fit in order to
help scale these startups into new potential markets in Asia.

• Formulate and execute market validation of selective growth stage startups through multiple disciplinary methods e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup.
• Develop critical hypothesizes for customers, problems, solutions and market validation for building and scaling startups in newmarket.
• Analyze and identify localization elements, business model and potential market size of prospect startups in order to scale in new market.
• Develop a business idea into an investable business plan required to validate problem-solution fit and product-market fit and develop the business model for the new venture - as a startup leader, entrepreneur.
• Build team, lead and scale a new startup in the country. Prepare business and growth plans and be responsible for its execution, business results, and performance target.
• Collaborate with CVC and BU team to understand business priorities and be able to manage and deliver projects under limited resources and time constraints.
• Drive development process from ideation, feasibility studies, prototyping to commercial roll-out as a venture builder.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Science.
• Experienced in the Startup process with excellent project management with the ability to combine big picture thinking with detailed orientation.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management and Market Analysis
• Willing to learn and accelerate the learning curve of new concepts, solutions, and industry.
• Having an Entrepreneur mindset with a team-player attitude and Passion for startups and technology.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and drive high performance in cross-functional, global tech environments.
• Experience in Industrial, Enterprise solutions,s and B2B Market platforms is an advantage.
