Job Summary:
- Prototyping & Scale-Up: Contribute to new product development projects by designing compounding processes, managing raw materials, preparing prototypes, scaling up production, analyzing data and delivering market-ready products.
- Process improvement & Cost Reduction: Improving manufacturing processes and cost reduction initiatives by optimizing compounding processes, enhancing production efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and modifying machinery as needed.
- Process Optimization & Sustainability: Optimize compounding processes, improve efficiency and yield, and develop sustainable solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Prototyping & Scale-up: Participate in new product development by designing compounding processes, managing raw materials, preparing prototypes, scaling up production, analyzing data, and delivering market-ready products.
- Process Improvement & Cost Reduction: Improve compounding manufacturing processes, enhance production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and modify machinery to support cost reduction and focused improvement initiatives.
- Process Optimization & Sustainability: Lead optimization of compounding processes to improve efficiency and yield while developing sustainable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related fields (Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies)
- Strong background in polymer additives, compounding, and application solution development
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on R&D experiment experience
- Strong English communication (TOEIC 550+)
- Able to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to work in Rayong
