Job Function: IT Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation a secure and scalable cloud foundation across one or more cloud providers (e.g., Azure, AWS, and GCP)
- Implement cost optimization strategies to monitor and control cloud spending and maintain a cloud cost management framework, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Cloud, IAM and PAM technologies, trends, and best practices with knowledge sharing with the related teams
- Work cross-functionally with relevant teams (e.g., Infrastructure and applications) to enable service integrations, complying with security-by-design principles
- Support to design,deploy and maintain infrastructure components to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to related incidents on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, ICT or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for a Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a Master's degree
- Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above, or English proficiency at B1 level or higher (If no test score is available, the test can be taken later).
- 0-2 years of experience in cloud or related roles, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Management or similar role.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented with basic project management skills.
