Responsibilities:
- Oversee the governance of business applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Develop and maintain application governance frameworks and policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure application compliance and security.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT outsourcing partners, to manage application incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Ensure SAP functional areas are effectively managed and optimized.
- Provide training and support to users on application governance best practices.
- Monitor and report on application governance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for a Bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a Master's degree
- Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or above, or English proficiency at B1 level or higher (If no test score is available, the test can be taken later).
- 2-3 years of experience in application management, including incident and request coordination with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of application governance and management principles.
- Familiarity with SAP functional modules and their integration.(SAP functional experience is appreciated.)
