Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Fixed Assets Accounting & CAPEX Control Financial Governance: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Fixed Assets accounting, ensuring precise capitalization, depreciation tracking, and compliance with accounting standards. CAPEX Management & Internal Orders: Manage the end-to-end CAPEX workflow, including evaluating project proposals, issuing Internal Orders (IOs), and monitoring budget utilization against targets. Critical Evaluation: Serve as the final authority on distinguishing between OPEX and CAPEX treatments for complex manufacturing and maintenance projects, optimizing tax impacts and cash flow. Factory Collaboration: Act as the primary financial liaison for the factory management team, conducting regular reviews to align operational execution with financial constraints and corporate strategies. Reporting & Stakeholder Support: Prepare and oversee fixed asset reports and analyses for management decision-making, external and internal audits, and financial statement disclosures, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, timely reporting, and effective support for audit requirements. Supply Chain Finance & Business Partnership Business Impact Analysis: Deeply analyze end-to-end supply chain operations to evaluate financial impacts, detect cost drivers, and quantify risks and opportunities within the business. Performance Reporting: Deliver high-impact financial insights and variance reports to senior leadership, translates complex plant data into actionable business strategies. Process Improvement: Spearhead initiatives to streamline fixed asset tracking and CAPEX reporting, reducing month-end closing timelines for manufacturing units. Requirements: Technical Skills (Customize based on your tools) - ERP Systems: SAP (FI-AA, CO, PS modules), Oracle, or equivalent. - AI tools - Data & BI Tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel (Financial Modeling, Macros). Education & Credentials - Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in Finance and Accounting at least 3 years.
