ควบคุมและติดตามการทำงานของระบบอบแห้ง (Dryer) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการผลิตและข้อกำหนดคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ Modified Starch
ตรวจสอบพารามิเตอร์สำคัญ เช่น Moisture Content, Inlet/Outlet Temperature, Air Flow และ Throughput เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพตามที่กำหนด
กำกับดูแลการบรรจุสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานน้ำหนัก บรรจุภัณฑ์ การติดฉลาก และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
ควบคุมความถูกต้องของ Lot No., Product Code และระบบ Traceability ตลอดกระบวนการบรรจุ
ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องอบแห้งและเครื่องบรรจุ เพื่อลด Downtime และเพิ่ม Productivity
ดำเนินกิจกรรมปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement) เพื่อลดของเสียและเพิ่มผลผลิต
ตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ระหว่างกระบวนการและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป เช่น ความชื้น สี ลักษณะกายภาพ และน้ำหนักบรรจุ
วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพ รวมถึงลด Product Loss, Dust Loss และ Rework
ร่วมผลักดันให้กระบวนการผลิตเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัยอาหาร และมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น HALAL, KOSHER, GHPS, HACCP, และ FSSC 22000
