Job Description

Area of Responsibility: - Cabin Crew Training Specialist to Plan all cabin crew training schedule and establish training plan and course syllabus moreover preparing training proposal before open the course. - Prepare all training material, examination and documents of each course including certificate, CMC and Red Book for Flight Crew member. - Monitor and update company systems including giving feedback and suggestion to ensure efficiency in planning/changed are maintained. - Record training data, result and validation in company's systems and maintain hard copy in the file and back up in the system. - Collecting and preparing all relevant documents for claim of instructor allowance and training facilities in area of cabin crew training. - Other assignments from the direct Manager Minimum
