ลักษณะงาน

• สนับสนุนภารกิจของผู้บริหารองค์กร
• จัดทำวาระการประชุม/บันทึกและทำรายงานงานประชุม
• ประสานงานภายในและหน่วยงานภายนอกองค์กร
• จัดตารางนัดหมายและปฏิทินการดำเนินงานการประชุมของผู้บริหาร
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญาโท สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานเลขานุการ 3-5 ปี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี , ทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารและทักษะการนำเสนอที่ดี
• มีการจัดการเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ
• มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการเวลาที่ดี

• Provide full secretarial support to executive management
• Coordinate and participate meeting of committees/subcommittees, and provide meeting minutes
• Coordinate with internal Departments and external organizations, and follow up such progression
• Organize and update meeting calendar of the management
• Other tasks as assigned by Top Management

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in B.A / Business / English or others.
• Female / age between 25-35 years
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill, and presentation skill.
• Result-oriented, well organized, and strong of documentation tasks.
• Good Communication in English and Chinese Skills.
• Organization and time management skills
