- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software willbeanasset
- Phenomenal communication, presentationandpublicspeaking skills
- Organizationaland time management abilities
- Criticalthinking, analyticalanddecision making abilities
Prepare training materials- Conduct training andrefreshers
- Supportand mentor new employees
- Conductevaluationstoidentifyareasofimprovement
- Monitor, analyse& train trainees’ performance andcall out anyunusual trends
- Identify training needsbyworkingwithoperationsteamand QA
- Design effective training programs
