Our team in Bangkok is currently looking for Community Operations Specialist
- Assist a social network community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
- Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on social network such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
- Review reported content and respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
- Enforce social network community's Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team
- Fluency in written and spoken Thai and English
- A deep interest and understanding of online media and social networks
- Strong leadership, efficiency, accuracy and empathy
- Awareness of current cultural, political and social events in Bangkok
- Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
- Minimum 1 year experience
