About the role

A Controlling role focused on cost accounting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment. The position involves month-end closing activities, cost monitoring, profitability analysis, budget preparation, and fixed asset management.

Key responsibilities

Perform month-end closing activities related to cost controlling

• Monitor manufacturing costs, material consumption and overhead expenses

• Analyze product profitability and business performance

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting

• Lead annual budget and monthly forecast preparation

• Consolidate budget data from departments

• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, and analyze deviations

• Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization and depreciation processes

• Monitor capital expenditures and investment projects

• Support periodic physical verification of fixed assets

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting.

• More than 5 years experience in Controlling, Cost Account, Budgeting or FP&A

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Ability to communicate in English in a business environment is preferred

• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO or other ERP systems is preferred
