We are looking for a Senior Linux System Admin / IT Manager. Department: Information Technology Report to: Director Work Location: Asok Bangkok, Thailand Salary: Negotiable

• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings,
• directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Install and configure systems such as supports infrastructure applications or Asset
• Management applications.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for
• system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide
• economies of scale.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware,
• server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and
• verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as
• required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
• Monitor Acive Directory infrastructure in a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 domain
• environment.
• Monitor and maintain a Window Server 2008 R2 directory service environment, including
• forest and domain structure, Domain Name System (DNS), DHCP, site technology and
• replication, organizational unit structure and delegation of administration, Group Policy, and
• user, group, and computer account strategies.
• Troubleshoot client software configuration for 40+ Windows 10 Professional workstations
• and laptops.
• Manager user accounts for an external email solution on the Syndacast.com (Google) mail
• server, Including administration of Google Groups.
• Monitor a secure Network Address Translation and Zyxel firewall system to provide internal
• company clients with secure web access and VPN capabilities as necessary
• Liaise with system engineer to ensure that companywide software development is current
• and updated on a monthly basis, using MS System Center (WSUS) and Ninite. This will
• require monthly Satuaday work.
• Ensure that adequate safety measures are implemented regarding electrical connections,
• fire threat, etc. to all technology equipment.

• At least 2 years' experience in IT Support and Linux administrator
• Experience Redhat/CentOS system support
• Experience install Web Server Apache, MySQL, FTP, etc
• Understand Domain Name System and SSL setup
• MySql setup import/backup
• Shell Script or Perl/Python
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Mail services
• WHM cPanal (Optional)
• Control version software, GIT (Optional)
• Cloud Services/AWS/DigitalOcean(Optional)
• Fluency in English language writing and speaking is mandatory
• Proactive, team-player and goal-oriented
