Sale Team Lead – Non-Restaurant Channel

Non-Restaurant:
To be responsible for the management and development of the assigned group of Non-Restaurant customers/key accounts and manage key customer relationships and execute a selling strategy. Also deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits
Business Development:
To work collaboratively with AFH (Away from Home) team, Trade marketing team, and Area Development Team to develop & execute new business expansion plan. His/her primary objective is to drive new business expansion profitably across entire Non-restaurants channel.
Job responsibilities:
- Work closely with AFH Head to develop a yearly account plan (AOP) to identify potential new business/customers to support overall Thailand Bev AOP growth agenda
- Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods for group of Non-Restaurant customers/key accounts
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers
- Ensure customers are complying contract requirements
- Work closely with the MEM team to ensure timely post-mix installation and efficient operation
- Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- List in new product / innovation to key assigned accounts
- Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure sales forecast, smooth supply and operation for customers
- Collaborate with AFH Sales, TT Sales, and various cross functional support (including Trade marketing, Finance, Legal, Marketing team) to expand PepsiCo business through new customer acquisition, new channel development, and/or new product launches
- Build P&L business case with fact-based method for all customer acquisitions and ensure profitability by leveraging PepsiCo portfolio and properties in selling with customers
- Keep close tracking on all new business acquisition and take necessary actions to ensure new business perform as per plan
- Act as center of new business/customer potential list and ensure the list kept updated and ready for execution
- Propose appropriate brands, packages & equipment to satisfy customer and consumer needs
- Accountable and responsible for coaching his/her teams and identifying their training and development needs
Skill and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 7 years' experience in FMCG & Key Account Management
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making, strategic business thinking, analytical skills, project management and time management skills
- Good analytical and influencing skills
- Experience selling Away From Home/On-Premise/Foodservices business or related business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command in written and spoken English skills
- Computer literacy
